The rise of AI comes with a question: Will it replace humans? Researches say no. It looks like we can get the best out of this technology by collaborating with it. At our live demo, we shared tips on boosting contact center performance with AI and agent collaboration. Our technology partnerships continue
We continue to be a part of global technology partner programs. We are among the technology partners of the Avaya DevConnect Program. Our products are listed on the Cisco Platform through our OEM partnership with Zoom. Lately, within the scope of our partnership with Genesys, our products have also been listed on Genesys AppFoundry. Genesys App Foundry is a marketplace that covers all of the Genesys customer experience solutions and a list of apps developed by Genesys customers, partners, or developers. We love R&D Events!
Our R&D team participated in Europe’s leading R&D networking events in Amsterdam and Helsinki. The first event was ITEA, where we shared insights into conversational AI. And the second event was the EU Commission’s ICT Proposers’ Day, where we discussed new ideas, new solutions, new technologies with other R&D companies. As a company spending 40% of its revenue on R&D, we actively take a role in these events to keep up with the latest technologies and turn them into commercial solutions for our customers.
